Privacy
The short version: PixelFloss doesn't collect anything about you or your kid. There are no accounts, no cookies and no analytics, and your designs never leave your browser.
No accounts
You never sign up or log in, and the site never asks for a name or an email address. The "Designed by" box in the studio is saved with your design in your browser and printed on your pattern. It isn't sent anywhere.
No cookies, no analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts. Nobody is counting visits or watching what you draw. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles each request the way any web host does.
Your designs stay in your browser
When you draw or save a design, the studio keeps it in your browser's local storage on this device. It's never uploaded, so there's no copy of it anywhere but your browser. Patterns are drawn and printed right in your browser too.
That also means your designs live only in this browser on this device. They won't show up on another computer or in a different browser, and clearing your browser's data for this site deletes them. If a design matters to you, print it or save the pattern as a PDF.
Fonts
The site's two fonts, Atkinson Hyperlegible and Pixelify Sans, are served from this site along with everything else. Nothing on these pages loads from another company's servers.
Kids
The studio is meant for a parent and child to use together. Because the site collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
If this changes
If the site ever starts doing something new with your information, this page will say so before it happens, and the date below will change.
